Sort of, Print Operations Management. Which means, in an operation as small as ours, that I wear the hats of automation designer and programmer, archive manager, printer mechanic, general IT First Line Response, Production Monkey, and "no one else can make this work, make this work!" guy.
All at the same time.

We're also rolling out a New Order Management System (NOMS v2), integrating with new drop-ship customer databases, updating our API's to the Times, Prototyping an entire new line of products for another customer, and as usual the boss has 100 pet projects that have been stewing for ages and the customers are beginning to get anxious (including the Mercedes Classic Center...)
